If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when needed.

3. Service Use

Ninbox is provided to help manage projects, tasks, workflow states, and related planning data.

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

4. Billing

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the billing terms shown at checkout or in account settings.

Placeholder billing terms should be replaced with your final pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policy before accepting payments.

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of project, task, and account content you submit to the service.

You grant Ninbox the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate and improve the service.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
